1. Eligibility for Refunds

✓ Full Refund (within 7 days of enrollment)

If you are not satisfied with the program for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment. To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe, and we will process your request promptly.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

✗ Violation of Single-User Access Policy

If your account access is revoked due to a violation of our Single-User Access Policy (such as sharing login credentials or allowing others to access the program under your account).

✗ Completion of More Than 15% of Program

If you have completed more than 15% of the program content, you will not be eligible for a refund.

✗ Access to Digital Products

Once program materials, downloadable resources, or digital products have been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund.
